人工智能的首轮冲击并未如技术进步主义所预言的那样，将人类从重复性劳动中解放出来，反而是直击人类最宝贵的内核，造成思辨、创意乃至精神活动的大幅度外包与代理。AI 打击的直接是创意，是文化。在内核意义上 AI 是人类的集体无意识，或说人类历史、文化、经验的总合。AI 对于艺术的意义，不在于技术，更不是科艺融合，而在于它所承载的人文、文化与精神维度。

AI 首先撼动的，是我们关于“创造力”的定义，是艺术定义本身，以及艺术史的发展。这个展览想要唤起关注的，不是“AIGC”作为产出机制的表面结果，而是 AI 如何生成创意，如何参与意义的建构与形式的生成。从后设（meta-）的视角来看，AI 不再只是工具性地嵌入创作流程，更是作为“被讨论的创作对象”本身进入艺术叙事结构，是创作的主题。

“提视造境：国际 AI 艺术文献展”即是在这个背景下提出。英文标题“Promptoscape”一词结合了“prompt”（提示词）与“-scape”（场域、景观），指涉 AI 语境中由语言激活的多维生成空间。这种空间并非静态可观之“图景”，而是语义驱动下不断演化的视觉生成机制，是一种嵌套于人机语义回路之中的共感空间。它又包含着三重隐喻：landscape，承袭地景术语的文化生成传统，将生成图像标识为“新自然”建构；escape，指逃逸路径，是既有认知的临界出口；prompto，拉丁语中“迅疾、推进”之意，意指一种催化机制，是文化加速衍义的推动力。

本次展览囊括了现场舞蹈、实时交互、行为表演、机器演出、观念艺术、具身智能、动态装置、未来摄影、观念国画、哲学说唱、AI 交响乐、汉字艺术、影像装置等横跨多重媒介谱系的作品。作品围绕多个交叉议题展开深入探讨，包括：AI 艺术的文化语境、介入式古代哲学史、去中心化机器学习的美学后果、人机共情机制与感知交叉点、代理性 AI 的符号政治、身体性 AI 的知觉共情、人工生命的感性结构、历史记忆的模拟重构、亚文化与生成失真、AI 与人的存在对峙、极限视阈中暗含的认知转向等。这些议题并非抽象设问，而是在艺术实践中被真实激活的“问题-感知结构”。它们不只揭示 AI 作为工具的边界，更敞开 AI 作为语义共生体的可能性。建构起人机共演、协作博弈的实践现场，以及面向公众与未来的生成性文化实验场域。展览是全球 AI 艺术创作当下图景的压缩档案，也是通往历史的阶段性文本。

在这个充满不确定性的时代，我们与 AI 的界面，正在从“工具”变为“共同创作的场域”。“提视造境 Promptoscape”正是这样一场全域扫瞄，一次试图跨越语言、媒介与文化边界的共建与共思。一切，正在生成中…Contrary to the promises of techno progressivists, the first wave of artificial intelligence has not freed humanity from repetitive labor; instead, it strikes directly at humanity’s most valued core, resulting in extensive outsourcing and delegation of critical thinking, creativity, and spiritual activities. AI's primary target is creativity and culture itself. At its core, AI embodies humanity's collective unconscious—the aggregation of our history, culture, and experience. Its significance in art lies not in technology nor in merging art and science, but rather in the humanistic, cultural, and spiritual dimensions it carries.

AI first impacts our definitions of creativity, art itself, and the trajectory of art history. This exhibition focuses not merely on the superficial outcomes of “AIGC,” but on how AI generates creativity and contributes to constructing meaning and forms. From a “meta-” perspective, AI no longer functions simply as a tool within creative processes; it has become the very subject of creation.

Against this backdrop, we present Promptoscape: International AI Art Documentation Exhibition. The title combines “prompt” with the suffix “-scape,” signifying a multidimensional generative space activated by language in AI contexts. Rather than a static view, it represents a continuously evolving semantic-driven visual mechanism—an empathetic space embedded within human-machine semantic loops. It also evokes layered metaphors: landscape, aligning generative imagery with the tradition of cultural construction as "new nature"; escape, indicating a critical exit from existing cognition; and prompto, derived from Latin, meaning rapid advancement—a catalyst for cultural accelerationism.

The exhibition encompasses diverse mediums, including live dance, real-time interactions, performance art, machine performances, conceptual works, embodied intelligence, kinetic installations, future photography, philosophical rap, AI symphonies, Chinese character art, and video installations. These works address intersecting themes such as AI’s cultural contexts, invasive philosophical studies, aesthetic of decentralized machine learning, empathy mechanisms, symbolic politics of agentic AI, perceptual empathy in embodied AI, structures of artificial life, reconstruction of historical memory, subcultural distortions, existential confrontations between AI and humans, and cognitive shifts at perceptual extremes. These themes are not abstract inquiries but activated "problem-perception structures" realized in artistic practice. They reveal AI’s limits as a mere tool and open up its potential as a semantic co-being—constructing human-machine collaborative performance sites and experimental cultural arenas oriented towards the public and future. The exhibition provides a compressed snapshot of global AI art and acts as a provisional document on the path to history.

In this uncertain era, our interface with AI is shifting from a "tool" to a "co-creative field." Promptoscape embodies this panoramic scan—an endeavor of collective reflection and construction across language, media, and culture. Everything, is in the process of generating…
